Körba Casino launches, sharing Paf’s licence with Golden Bull

The Paf group has launched a new casino on the Swedish market. Körba Casino went live in late September 2026, operating under the same Swedish licence as sister brand Golden Bull.
What has changed
Körba Casino opened at körba.se during the autumn of 2026. Körba launched on 22 September 2026 and is run by PAF New Tech Ltd under a Swedish licence. The licence holder is not a new name on the market – formally it is the company PAF New Tech Limited that holds the licence, and the same company also runs Golden Bull.
The licence was issued by Spelinspektionen with licence number 24Si1125, valid from 1 September 2024 until 31 August 2029. At launch, Körba offered no welcome bonuses at all. The site opened in September 2026 with a 20-year age limit, two years above the legal minimum, and without any bonus offers. The age limit differs from its sister site, where 18 applies. The same terms template used by sister brand Golden Bull under the same licence sets the age limit at 18, so the increase applies specifically to Körba.
The licence itself covers both casino and betting, but Körba’s licence covers betting, yet the site launched as a pure casino and no active sportsbook is live. Deposits and withdrawals run through Swish and Trustly, with BankID required for login.
What it means for you
If you already have an account with Golden Bull, it’s worth knowing that Körba and Golden Bull count as the same licence holder. Under Swedish rules allowing one bonus per licence holder, that means you cannot claim a future bonus at both sites – only one of them. You can read more about how Swedish bonus rules work in our guide.
The Swedish licence requirement also means Körba must link accounts to Spelpaus, offer deposit limits, and show your gaming history on an ongoing basis. If you want a break from all licensed gambling in Sweden, not just one operator, you can do so via Spelpaus.se. If you need to talk to someone about your gambling, Stödlinjen.se is available. You can read more about how Spelpaus and self-exclusion work in practice.
The bigger picture
The launch is a new chapter in an already familiar story for Paf on the Swedish market. A few years later the company closed its brands under the Paf Multibrand Limited licence, including three previous sites, and instead launched Golden Bull under a new licence, PAF New Tech Limited. Körba is therefore the second brand built under that licence, alongside Golden Bull.
Paf differs from most competitors in ownership structure. The company belongs to Paf, which is fundamentally the Åland Lottery (Ålands Penningautomatförening), and the ownership structure differs from most competitors since gambling surplus goes back to public-benefit purposes rather than private owners. That an established Nordic operator chooses to build a second brand under the same Swedish licence, rather than seek an entirely new one, shows how consolidated the Swedish market remains despite new names appearing in the shop window.
