ComeOn Group

By Johan Ekström · Fact-checked by Linnea Dahl against Spelinspektionen's licence register · Updated 19 October 2026

ComeOn Group

A ComeOn Group casino with a Swedish licence comes under six names: ComeOn, Snabbare, Hajper, Lyllo Casino, Casinostugan and Reviant. The group is owned by the Swedish company Cherry AB and has its head office in Malta. Each Swedish brand has its own licensed company, and several of the licences were renewed in autumn 2025.

Here you can see who holds the licences, what the ownership has looked like and which decisions Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority) has taken against the group’s companies. Information based only on secondary sources is flagged or left out.

The group at a glance

ComeOn was founded in Stockholm in 2008. We have not been able to confirm the registered name of the parent company.

Which ComeOn Group casinos have a Swedish licence?

None of the six sites shares a licence holder with another. Licence numbers are only given where they appear in the operator’s own footer.

ComeOn Sweden Ltd and Casinostugan Ltd had licences that expired on 31 December 2025. Both sites are still active, but the renewal has so far only been confirmed by affiliate sites. Snabbare and Hajper received new licences from 30 October 2025.

Reviant is the group’s newest brand and launched in mid-April 2026. Industry media describe it as part of ComeOn Group’s portfolio, but who owns the licensed company EntBox Limited is not stated. We have not found Mobilbet, Sushi Casino or GetLucky as Swedish ComeOn brands.

ComeOn Sweden Ltd, Snabbare Ltd and Hajper Ltd are all licensed for online gaming and betting. Hajper’s footer does not mention the group, but links to comeonconnect.com. Note also that Lyllo Casino is run by MOA Gaming Sweden Ltd – the company name does not always reveal the brand.

Changes of ownership

  • 2017: Cherry AB buys ComeOn for about 280 million euros.
  • 2018: Cherry AB is taken private by a consortium led by Bridgepoint.
  • 24 October 2024: Reuters reports that Cherry is exploring a sale of ComeOn Group, with a valuation of around 500 million euros under discussion.

As of October 2026 we have found no completed sale, so ComeOn Group is still owned by Cherry AB. A sale of the group would not in itself change which companies hold the Swedish licences – for you as a player, it is the licensed company that determines how accounts, limits and bonuses are handled.

Sanctions from Spelinspektionen

For the period 2023–2026 we have found one decision against one of the group’s Swedish companies. On 28 May 2025, Snabbare Ltd received a warning and a penalty fee of 5.5 million kronor. The reason was shortcomings in the company’s measures against money laundering. The Administrative Court in Linköping rejected the company’s appeal on 2 July 2026 (case 5474-25).

Earlier, in February 2021, four of the group’s companies received warnings and penalty fees for offering bonuses on more than the first occasion of play: Snabbare 65 million kronor, Hajper 50 million, ComeOn Sweden 35 million and Casinostugan 25 million. The Administrative Court upheld the fee for Snabbare (case 1860-21). The decisions are published by Spelinspektionen.

What it means for you as a player

The 2021 bonus cases show how the bonus rule in Spellagen, the Gambling Act, Chapter 14, Section 9, is applied in practice: Spelinspektionen assessed each company’s bonuses separately. The rule says a licence holder may only offer a bonus the first time you play any of its games. Because all six sites have their own licensed companies, a bonus at ComeOn does not in itself prevent an offer at Snabbare or Hajper. None of the decisions, however, took a position on bonuses between different companies in the same group.

The 2021 fees totalled 175 million kronor, which shows that Spelinspektionen takes breaches of the bonus rule seriously. Spelinspektionen still acts against repeat bonuses: in April 2026 the licence holder Polar Limited received a remark for giving bonuses to several customers more than once. If you receive a bonus offer from a site where you have already played, it is therefore worth asking yourself whether it is really allowed.

Separate companies also mean separate accounts. You register and set a deposit limit per day, week and month on each site. Raising a limit takes effect no earlier than after 72 hours.

According to Snabbare’s website, you can set limits on deposits, losses and stakes per day, week and month, take a break or close your account there. The site also links to Spelpaus and to Stödlinjen, the helpline, where there is a self-test. You will need to check which tools the other five sites offer on each one.

Check which ComeOn Group casino you are playing at

Look in the footer for the licence holder and compare it with the table. For ComeOn, Lyllo Casino, Casinostugan and Reviant the licence number has not been confirmed in a first-hand source, so search for the company name in Spelinspektionen’s register.

If you want to exclude yourself from gambling, Spelpaus, the national self-exclusion register, works for all six sites at once, as it applies to every operator with a Swedish licence. Stödlinjen, 020-819 100, takes calls if you want to talk to someone about your gambling.

Sister sites and other groups

If you want to compare ComeOn with the other brands in the group, there is a separate page on ComeOn’s sister sites.

Snabbare, which has had its own licensed company and its own licence since October 2025, also has its own overview of Snabbare’s sister sites.

You will find the other owners on the Swedish market in the overview of gambling groups.
