Casumo sister sites

Casumo has no sister sites on the Swedish market. The brand is run independently, and the Swedish licence is held by Oddit Limited, a company registered in Malta that, according to the sources we have reviewed, runs no other Swedish casino. Anyone looking for Casumo sister sites will therefore not find a group with several sites to choose between.
That still makes the question worth sorting out. Here we go through who owns Casumo, what the licence means, how the bonus rule and Spelpaus work when a casino stands alone – and how to compare Casumo with other gambling companies when there are no siblings to set it against.
Brands in the same group as Casumo
The table is short for a simple reason: neither Casumo nor the licence holder Oddit Limited has any other brands with a Swedish licence, according to the information we checked in October 2026.
| Brand | Licence holder | Licence number | Shares licence with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casumo | Oddit Limited (Malta, reg. C104447) | 23Si773 | No other brand |
The licence covers both online gambling and betting. It is valid from 21 November 2023 to 21 November 2028, according to the details in Casumo’s footer. A brand having its own licence is not unusual in itself – what is unusual is that there is no group around it with more Swedish sites.
Owner and background
Casumo was founded in 2012 and is based in Malta, according to an ownership profile from the trade publication iGaming Express. The holding company is called Casumo Holding PLC and the operating company in Malta is Casumo Services Limited. The company is not listed.
Ownership is private. The shareholders named are Beragena Limited, Caramera AB, Casumo Media Limited and Giga Holdings Limited. We have not found any takeover or change of ownership between 2022 and 2026, and Casumo is not part of any larger gambling group.
One detail is worth noting: the Swedish licence is held by Oddit Limited, not by Casumo Holding PLC. How Oddit Limited is formally connected to the holding company is not clear from the sources we have had access to. For you as a player, it is still the licence holder that counts, because Oddit Limited is the company answerable to Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority.
On 21 May 2026 Oddit Limited received a warning and a financial penalty of 1.2 million kronor from Spelinspektionen. The decision concerned ten changes in the company’s management and board during 2024 that were reported too late or not at all. So it was about reporting to the authority, not a change of ownership, and the licence was not revoked.
Shared and different – what it means to stand alone
In the large groups, sister sites often share an owner and an approach to responsible gambling, while licence holder, bonus and brand differ. For Casumo there is no such split to make. Terms, tools and customer service belong to a single brand under a single licence.
That has a few practical consequences:
- With this licence holder there is only one account to keep track of.
- Limits and breaks you set at Casumo apply at Casumo. There is no sibling site that the same settings could carry over to.
- When you look for casinos like Casumo, you are comparing with completely different companies, not with another version of the same site.
According to Casumo’s own website, there are limits on deposits, losses and playing time, reminders of how long you have been playing, the option to take a break, a link to Spelpaus and the company’s own programme, Play Okay. There are also references to Stödlinjen and Spelberoendes Riksförbund, the Swedish national association for people affected by gambling problems.
The bonus rule and Casumo
Spellagen, the Gambling Act (Chapter 14, Section 9), limits bonuses to the first occasion on which you play any of the licence holder’s games. It is the company holding the licence that counts, not the group or the website.
For Casumo this is simple. Oddit Limited has a single Swedish brand, so there is one welcome offer to consider. If you have already played at Casumo, you cannot get a new bonus there, and there is no sister site under the same licence where the question would even arise.
According to Casumo’s website, the welcome offer consists of 100% up to 500 kr plus 40 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, with a 20x wagering requirement on bonus and deposit. If you deposit 500 kr and receive 500 kr in bonus, that makes (500 + 500) × 20 = 20,000 kr in wagering before the bonus can be withdrawn. Offer checked on 15 October 2026. Terms and conditions apply.
How the rule applies when several sites share the same licence is explained in our guide to bonus rules in Sweden.
Spelpaus and limits at Casumo
Spelpaus.se is the national self-exclusion register run by Spelinspektionen. An exclusion there applies to every gambling company with a Swedish licence and therefore also to Casumo. You can choose 10 days, one, three or six months, or until further notice – the last of which can be ended after 12 months at the earliest.
As an online player you set a cap on your deposits per day, week and month. A lowered cap applies immediately, a raised one after 72 hours at the earliest. As an online casino, Casumo must also be able to block you immediately for 24 hours.
In our guide to Spelpaus and self-exclusion we go through how the exclusion works and what it covers. For a conversation about gambling habits, Stödlinjen, the national gambling helpline, is there – call 020-819 100 or write via stodlinjen.se.
How to compare Casumo with other casinos
Since there are no sister sites, the comparison becomes a matter of setting different companies against each other. If you are looking for sites similar to Casumo, this checklist works for standalone brands with their own licence:
- The licence holder: which company holds the licence, and does it have other brands?
- The licence’s period of validity and which forms of gambling it covers.
- Supervisory history: has Spelinspektionen issued a warning or a financial penalty?
- The tools for limits and breaks – and how easy they are to find on the account page.
- Payment methods and the processing times the casino itself states.
- Bonus terms: wagering requirements, maximum stake and validity period.
You can check the licence holder and period of validity in the Spelinspektionen licence register, which lists every company with a valid licence and its websites.
An example of why point five needs checking: Casumo states withdrawal processing times in several places on its website, but the figures do not fully match. So read the terms for the specific payment method you plan to use. According to the website, Trustly, Swish and payment cards are available. Since 1 May 2026 gambling on credit has been banned, and Casumo writes that credit cards are no longer accepted.
More sister sites to compare
